Insurance

Insurance options are additional to your vehicle rental and compulsory. Please note that the client is always liable for the damages of the rented vehicle up to the chosen level of excess, independent of who caused the accident or who is guilty, meaning this is also applicable in case the damages or accident is caused by a third party.

The excess amount payable, as indicated in the different options will be reserved on the client’s credit card on the day of the rental for damages to the vehicle.

After the Lessee has returned the Vehicle to the Lessor, the Parties shall inspect the Vehicle and complete a Vehicle Inspection Report. The Lessor reserves the right to only confirm that the Vehicle is in order once the Lessor has caused a full cleaning and mechanical inspection of the Vehicle, and a complete inspection of the Equipment and extras. The Lessee shall be informed within 7 (seven) working days after the Vehicle has been returned to the Lessor about the cost of any damage sustained by the Vehicle or Equipment.
