Classic Highlights

Day 1-2

Windhoek – Start your journey in the capital city, explore craft markets, and learn about Namibia’s history at the National Museum.

Day 3-4

Sossusvlei and Namib Desert – Witness the towering red sand dunes of Sossusvlei, visit Deadvlei, and marvel at the breathtaking desert landscapes.

Day 5-6

Swakopmund – Experience adventure activities like sandboarding and quad biking in the coastal town of Swakopmund. Explore the German colonial architecture and enjoy fresh seafood.

Day 7-8

Damaraland – Discover the ancient rock engravings at Twyfelfontein, visit the Petrified Forest, and search for desert-adapted elephants in the rugged terrain.

Day 9-10

Etosha National Park – Embark on thrilling game drives in one of Africa’s premier wildlife reserves, spotting lions, elephants, giraffes, and more around the waterholes.

Day 11

Windhoek – Reflect on your journey as you head back to Windhoek for departure.

Adventure Exploration

Day 1

Kalahari Desert – Surrounded by rolling red dunes, thorn trees, and wide-open plains, the Kalahari provides an authentic desert experience.

Day 2-3

Fish River Canyon – Take a leisurely hike along the canyon rim, marveling at the vastness and beauty of the canyon. Visit the hot springs near Ai-Ais for a relaxing soak in the natural thermal waters.

Day 4-5

Aus and Kolmanskoppe – Take a guided tour to Kolmanskop, a once thriving diamond mining settlement. Explore the deserted buildings, including the old hospital, theater, and houses engulfed by sand dunes over the years.

Day 6-7

Sossusvlei – Spend the day in the world’s highest and most spectacular sand dunes. Hike up one of the dunes such as Big Mama or Bid Daddy, hike to the Deadvlei with its iconic ancient Camelthorn trees and white clay pan. Plan to arrive early as it do get very hot during the day and the hiking takes some time. 

You can choose to spend 2 consecutive days in Sossusvlei or explore the nearby Namib Naukluft Park

Day 8-9

Swakopmund – Spend a day in adventure activities such as quad biking, sand boarding, kayaking or visit Sandwich Harbor to the south of Walvis Bay.  You can choose to add one day and explore nearby attractions such at the Walvis Bay Lagoon, the Moon Landscape and the Welwitchia Plains.

Day 10-11

Day 12-13

DAY 14

Windhoek – Return to Windhoek and do some last-minute shopping at the Namibian Craft Centre where you can purchase locally made crafts, jewelry, and artwork.

SAFARI SERENITY

Day 1-2

Okonjima – Embark on guided tours to learn about the work of the AfriCat Foundation, track radio-collared carnivores in the wild, and observe these majestic animals up close.

Day 3-5

Etosha National Park – Embark on thrilling game drives in one of Africa’s premier wildlife reserves, spotting lions, elephants, giraffes, and more around the waterholes. Book your accommodation inside the park at Namibia Wildlife Resorts, or choose one of the many lodges in the vicinity.

Day 6-7

Okavango River (Rundu) – The Okavango River promises unforgettable encounters with nature and wildlife. Choose from a variety of activities such as Mokoro excursions, game drives, walking safaris, boat safaris or birdwatching.

Day 8-9

Kwando River (Zambezi) – The Kwando River flows through Angola, Namibia, Zambia, and Botswana. It is renowned for its remote and pristine wilderness, offering a quieter and more secluded alternative to some of the more popular tourist destinations.

10-11

Bwabwata National Park (Zambezi) – The park is home to a diverse array of wildlife, including large mammal species such as elephants, hippos, buffalo, giraffes, zebras, antelopes, and predators like lions, leopards, and spotted hyenas. It’s also a haven for birdwatchers, with over 400 bird species

12-13

Chobe River – The Chobe River is a popular destination for fishing enthusiasts. The river is renowned for its large herds of elephants, which congregate along the riverbanks. The river is framed by lush riverine vegetation, including towering trees such as mahogany and sausage trees.
